OAK Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center that performs orthopedic surgeries and pain procedures. The facility contains three state-of-the-art operating room (OR) suites and fifteen pre-surgical and post-surgical recovery bays.
OAK Surgery Center is the only ambulatory surgery center in the area that is exclusive to orthopedic care. Our focus is to provide outpatient orthopedic and pain surgical services to all surrounding communities.

Our surgery center is staffed by caring and experienced OR nurses, recovery room nurses, and OR technologists. In addition, there is a professional and friendly team of business/administrative staff to help assist with any scheduling or billing questions. This dedicated team is committed to providing top quality care in a comfortable environment.
You will be given initial preoperative instructions on the day your doctor schedules surgery. These will include the date of your surgery, the location of the surgery center, instructions on the intake of liquids and food, information on whether you need to see your personal medical doctor for a history and physical, and if you require any lab tests.
You will then be contacted 2-3 days before the day of surgery by a registered nurse from OAK Surgery Center to review your medical history (please have a list of your medications at this time).
Further instructions on preoperative and postoperative care will be given at this time. Any questions and concerns you have will be addressed.
You will be called the day prior to your surgery with the time of your procedure and requested arrival time.
