OAK Orthopedics is offering sports physicals for local athletes entering grades 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 at their Frankfort office on Saturday, June 2, by appointment only, and at their Bradley office on Saturday, June 9, from 8 – 10:30 a.m., for a $20 fee (cash only), which will be donated back to each athlete’s school athletic department.
“We are dedicated to keeping our student athletes in the game, and we want to ensure their health and safety as they prepare for the upcoming sports seasons,” says Michael J. Corcoran, M.D., orthopedic surgeon and practice president at OAK Orthopedics. “Part of their preparation includes these vital pre-participation sports physicals, and we are proud to provide this service while giving back to the athletic departments at our area schools.”
Sports physicals in Frankfort will take place at OAK Orthopedics’ office in the Highland Office Center, Building D, located at 19552 S. Harlem Ave. Appointments must be made in advance by calling (815) 469-3452.
Sports physicals in Bradley will take place at OAK Orthopedics’ main office, located at 400 S. Kennedy Drive, Suite 100. Student athletes are to attend during the designated time for their school. From 8 – 9:30 a.m., physicals will be offered for athletes from:

Student athletes should bring their completed and signed 2018 IESA/IHSA forms. Participants should wear a tank top and shorts to the event.
