OAK Orthopedics is offering sports physicals for local athletes entering grades 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 at their Bradley office, located at 400 S. Kennedy Drive, Suite 100. The event will be held Saturday, Aug. 7, from 8 to 10:30 a.m., for a $20 fee (cash only), which will be donated back to each athlete’s school athletic department. Athletes, parents and coaches can contact the practice with any questions by calling (815) 928-8050.
Athletes will need to bring the IHSA/IESA form, completed and signed by a parent or guardian, and they will need to wear a tank top and shorts. All participants and attendees will be required to wear a face mask or covering.
