Get ready for our 2018 Sports Physical Events! For $20 cash, students entering grades 5,7,8,10,11,12* can get their 2018 sports physical and help their athletic departments. 

*6th & 9th grades need immunizations which are not available at OAK

Physicals at our Frankfort location will be by appointment and held on Saturday, June 2nd. Call (815) 469-3452 to schedule an appointment.
